In the past three days, Hoosick Falls CSD has experienced a significant increase in sickness among both the students and staff. The number of people absent or being sent home due to the stomach bug, common colds, those with flu-like symptoms or possibly testing for COVID-19 has increased steadily on a daily basis.

In an attempt to minimize exposure and slow the spread of illness among the students and staff, we are pivoting to virtual learning for tomorrow – Thursday, April 14.

Students in Grades UPK-4 will have materials sent home with them today, including a schedule to attend Google Meets if they are able. These materials will not need a Chromebook to be completed. Students in Grades 5-12 should have their Chromebooks with them to complete work
