In cooperation with the Rensselaer County Department of Health, Hoosick Falls Central School District will be hosting a Pfizer vaccination pod on Tuesday, May 18 for students ages 12 and older.

The event will take place in the high school cafeteria from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Walk-ins for students are welcome, but appointments are recommended and can be made using the following link provided by the Rensselaer County DOH:

Parents must accompany their children as well as provide a form of identification (birth certificate, passport, etc.) for the child upon arrival. The second follow-up vaccination will be scheduled at that time for June 8, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the high school cafeteria.
