Prior to Spring Break a reboot of the annual Hoosick Falls Beard-Off took place to raise funds for the Hoosick Falls Teachers Association Scholarship Fund. This fund provides scholarships to graduating seniors presented at Awards Night the final week of the school year. A total of $413 was raised at the event.
This years participants included Mr. Patrick Dailey, Mr. Michael Hall, Mr. Rob Viera, Mr. James Lynch, Mr. Adam Cabana, Mr. Jacob Trinkle, Mr. Peter Coon, Mr. Ethan Danforth, Mr. Luke Kinney and Mr. Tristan Michaels. Special guest Deputy Garhartt volunteered to have his head shaved since he could not grow a beard over the past few months.
