The Hoosick Falls Trades class with Mr. Marsh, Mr. DeShane and local Unions, built our first Tiny Home throughout the 2023-2024 school year at Hoosick Falls CSD. Students worked from the ground up, designing, laying out and building home. They were exposed to many trades over the past 10 months culminating in an ~215 sq ft home.
The home has heat and A/C, is built on a trailer, and has three rooms including a kitchen/dining area, bathroom with a shower and a bedroom.
Tickets are being sold at $100 for a single and three for $250. The money will be used to help offset the cost of building our 2nd Tiny Home during the 2024-2025 school year. We are hoping to sell at least 450 tickets and hold the drawing the first day of school on September 3 in the fall.
