HFCS Middle School staff and students (5-8) were separated into “Houses” last Friday, 10/4/24. This House System is based on the Ron Clark Academy (RCS) World Renowned Character Development Program. The House System is a dynamic, exciting, and proven way to create a positive climate and culture for students and staff. Using RCA’s methods helps schools confidently implement processes that build character, relationships, and school spirit.
Over the 24-25 school year, each house will gain points through competitions, academics, acts of respect, etc. This is another way we will incorporate Panther PRIDE (Perseverance, Respect, Integrity, Dependability, and Empathy) into our school community. Each Friday, you can ask your child what house activity they were involved in. To learn more about this new House System for the Middle School, join the virtual ‘Coffee with the Counselors’ offering tomorrow, 10/10/24, at 9:30 am.
